我中心研究生王泽坤、朱建副教授和吴永玲教授在Surface and Coatings Technology期刊上发表了题为“Multi-effects of Mo on enhancement of wear and corrosion resistances of FeCoNiCrMoxhigh entropy alloys coatings prepared by laser powder directed energy deposition”的论文。本研究采用激光粉末定向能沉积(LP-DED)技术制备了FeCoNiCrMox(x=0.1,0.3,0.5,at.%)高熵合金(HEAs)涂层。由于Mo的过饱和以及反复退火效应导致Mo0.3和Mo0.5涂层中出现了新的面心立方(FCC2)相析出。LP-DED的循环热活化效应使微观组织中形成了大量细小的亚晶粒。位错壁的溶质分离效应促进了亚晶粒边界σ相的形成。由于析出了硬脆的σ相,显微硬度随着钼含...
