Dr. YANG Bing

Dr. YANG Bing is a lecturer of Shandong University of Technology (SDUT). He gained his Ph. D in Mechanical Engineering from Jiangsu University in 2021. His research interests mainly focus on the key physical behaviors and structural fabrication of micro/nano optoelectronic devices, including computer-aided material design; analysis of key thermomechanical mechanisms; thermal and mechanical property testing and reliability assessment; electronic structure and field emission properties of novel materials; and machine learning prediction of thermal properties. He has hosted a Postgraduate Research and Practice Innovation Program of Jiangsu Province, participated in two national funds and published 14 research papers, including 7 as the first author. Relevant work has been mainly published in SCI journals such as Applied Surface Science, International Communications in Heat and Mass Transfer, Physics Letters A, etc. Two invention patents have been applied for and one have been authorized.
