On the morning of July 9, 2021, CHEN Chao, secretary general of the Laser Processing Committee of China Optical Society, LIU Shankun, deputy secretary general, XIE Jingxian, editor of China laser industry magazine, and others visited the CALM accompanied by LU Kunpeng, director of China Merchants Bureau of Zichuan District and YU Zhongyuan, deputy general manager of Qilu laser sharing Industrial Park.

Professor ZHENG Hongyu, director of the CALM and Mechanical College, introduced to the visitors the center's researchers, main research directions and the latest progress and achievements. Professor WU Yongling introduced the industrialization of coating materials currently being studied by the center.

Finally, the visitors invited Professor ZHENG Hongyu to attend the 14th National laser processing industry forum and Shandong (Zibo) laser industry development conference to be held in August this year. They hope to further enhance the development of Shandong laser industry and negotiate relevant cooperation matters through this conference.
